Full Time Front Desk-Wealth Management Assistant needed for a growing Accounting and Wealth Management Firm in Orland Park. Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.
Day to day tasks will include:
- Gathering client data and paperwork/application submission
- Data entry into firm's CRM software and maintenance of client files
- Answering phone calls and supporting visitors
- Calendar & scheduling management
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, data entry
Qualified candidates should possess:
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities and phone presence
- Organizational and time management skills
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of M.S. Office programs
