Responsibilities:
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolve or redirect resident/client complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.
- Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to the appropriate personnel
- Multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of clients/residents.

We are looking for a Security Front Desk Officer with exceptional customer service skills to join the prosegur team! If you have experience in being a liaison between clients and guests, you should apply for this position. Front desk experience is required at least 1 year and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 1 year of Front Desk experience
- Minimum 1 year of Security Officer experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Works well under stress and makes sound decisions
- Pass a company background check and drug test
- Must be able to use Excel
