Duties include but are not limited to:
· Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism.
· Check patients in/out according to the protocol, collect copayments, send bills, enter checks.
· Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time.
· File claims to insurance, enter insurance information into patients chart.
· Review the office for a neat, professional appearance.
· Post the schedule enter any time clock adjustments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Adhere to OSHA guidelines, HIPAA Privacy Policy, and operating procedures.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
· Highly flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and trustworthy
· Facilitate patient comfort, care, and satisfaction consistently.
· Willingness to advance skills through continuing education opportunities.
· Positively contribute to respectful and collaborative working environment with coworkers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
