Position: Front Desk Agent

• Hotel name: Best Western Kokomo Hotel
• Address: 1717 E Lincoln Road Kokomo IN 46902
• Hours: 16-24 Hours. Possibly two shifts at 7a-3a & one at 3p-11p

What you get to do in this role:

• Greeting incoming or outgoing guests
• Providing knowledgeable local information to guests as needed
• Answering phone
• Making reservations in the computer
• Accountable for any money taken for either sundries or room.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

What candidate traits are needed to be successful in this role?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Accounting background preferred.
• Previous hotel experience desired.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
• Present a professional image, and able to communicate well with both guests and employees.
• Ability to operate front office equipment and computers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
