Position: Front Desk Agent

- Hours: 16-24 Hours. Possibly two shifts at 7a-3a & one at 3p-11p
What you get to do in this role:
- Greeting incoming or outgoing guests
- Providing knowledgeable local information to guests as needed
- Answering phone
- Making reservations in the computer
- Accountable for any money taken for either sundries or room.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What candidate traits are needed to be successful in this role?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Accounting background preferred.
- Previous hotel experience desired.
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- Present a professional image, and able to communicate well with both guests and employees.
- Ability to operate front office equipment and computers.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
