Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. This is at a hotel. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an organized cash drawer
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
