This is a full-time (hourly, non-exempt) position.
- Answer busy multi-line phone system
- Check patients in/out
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Collect co-pays and patient balances
- Answer patient questions
- Present treatment plans to patients at consultation appointments
- Complete patient charts
- Post patient payments
- Prepare end of day deposit
- Maintain all patient recall
- Input patient information along with notes into the dental system
- Prepare and send thank you letters to referring doctors after patient care
- Track and file test results, films, and reports prior to appointments
- Understand and adhere to all insurance guidelines
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Other duties as assigned
