We are hiring a Front Desk Supervisor!

Responsibilities:
- Works closely with Reservations, Sales and the Front Office to maximize rate, occupancy and total revenue. Help to improve communication between groups and Front Desk to ensure guest and group needs are met.
- Processes reservation request calls as appropriate.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Monitor comments on digital platforms/3rd Party Reservation sites.
- Monitor all 3rd Party reservations, arrivals/cancellations, etc.
- Greet and assist guests, assist staff and team members and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Help roll out new programs like Kipsu as needed.
- Answer telephones, Track Guest Comment Cards and feedback.
- Perform other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed.
- Promptly answer internal and external telephone calls, ensure a full understanding of inquiries and requests, transcribe complete messages, and properly screen calls.
- Act as Manager on Duty on certain occasions.
- Complete projects as required by the Executive Team, working with minimal supervision and guidance.
- Communicate with Engineering & Housekeeping departments about issues.
- Assist staff and team members and respond to requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Assist Front desk staff with guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist with onboarding/training of New Hires.
- Maximize efforts towards productivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementing solutions.
- Develop and implement service standards to ensure a consistent guest experience at a high-quality level.
- Maintain outside business contacts within the hotel/resort industry, improve relationships with local businesses (concierge type relationship).
