Front Desk

Part-time or full- time / Job Type:Front Desk / Pay:$15 per hour

The Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and students as they enter the gym. This position will provide assistance to members along with inquiries about gym operations and policies, as well as perform various administrative duties. This detail-oriented individual will possess excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with members. Basic understanding of accounting principles, cash processing procedures, and computer skills required. Answering phone calls, helping clients book appointments as well as recommending services and products.

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
