Our front of house positions are entry-level positions that help provide the best eating experience from top notch customer service, cleanliness, order accuracy, and only serving competition quality food

We are looking for individuals who:

• Provide great backyard hospitality for guests
• Work in a fast and independent manner
• Can cross-train and work multiple stations
• Consistently follow proper recipes and procedures
• Maintain our high standards for food preparation and sanitation
• Contribute to the team by taking initiative and will pitch-in to help others
• To promote good teamwork, daily tasks include:
• Arrive on time for each shift and practice proper time reporting (punch in and out accurately)
• Complete hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly and according to sanitation guidelines
• Work in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion
• Monitor food levels in the hotboxes/communicate to prep
• Only put competition quality food on the line to be served, if the quality is questionable – don’t serve it and talk to a manager
• Follow station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly
• When restocking prepped items make sure you are correctly rotating product (FIFO) and checking Use By dates (communicate to management any expired food)
• Provide a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry items that weigh up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
• Will frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry
• Must be able to exert well-paced and frequent mobility for long periods of time
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
