We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include operating the cash register, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized front end area.
We are able to work around schedules.
After school hours, weekend hours, available for students. Morning and afternoon shifts available for non- students or students on summer break.
```Duties```
- Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with assistance
- Operate the cash register and accurately handle transactions
- Bag items for customers
-Answer phone and take orders
- Process returns and exchanges
- Keep the front end area clean, stoked and organized
- Sanitize surfaces regularly to ensure a safe shopping environment
- Assist with stocking shelves and putting trucks away
```Requirements```
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience operating a cash register is preferred but not required
