JOB TITLE:                                         Franchise Project Specialist

DEPARTMENT:                                   Corporate Office

LOCATION:                                       Simpsonville, South Carolina

REPORTS TO:                                   Senior Director of Operations

FLSA CLASSIFICATION:                  Salaried, exempt

POSITION PURPOSE

The Franchise Project Specialist is responsible for project management for new and existing franchisees in an efficient and effective manner.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Responsible for working alongside our corporate team and real estate team
• Maintains firm timelines to meet the development schedule
• Oversees buildout/tech of each center to ensure brand standards
• Responsible for creating and developing layouts for new and existing Franchisees
• Effectively utilizes internal software systems and adheres to the proprietary “Customer Journey” process
• Assists with brand compliance efforts
• Develops strong business relationships with new and existing franchise partners, as well as vendors.
• Commitment to exercise at least 3x week preferred.
• Occasionally requires working after hours
• Performs additional duties as assigned, as this list does not reflect all the duties and responsibilities of the Franchise Project Specialist.

• Possess a strong commitment to a team environment while working well with others which includes treating employees, clients, and anyone else necessary with respect and dignity

Skills:

• Proficient in mathematics and dimensions
• Ability to navigate through SmartDraw Software a plus
• HubSpot knowledge a plus

• Knowledge of CRM’s a plus

• First-hand knowledge of supporting and trouble shooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project)

Education:

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Experience:       

• 3+ years of related experience in project management, computer technology or other customer service-oriented role.

Work Environment:

• Works primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Physical Demands:

• Ability to be punctual and attend work on a regular and consistent basis
• Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines
• Ability to concentrate with various interruptions, weather conditions, and noise levels
• Must be able to talk, hear, use hands, fingers, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
• Must be able to stand and walk 60% of the time
• Occasionally will be expected to lift boxes not to exceed 30+ pounds
