We are seeking a self-motivated Project Manager to support Otis New Equipment growth objectives. As a team member of High Rise Contract Logistics Center (HRCLC-FLO) Project Management group, you will be responsible to effectively manage multiple aspects of assigned projects and for ensuring that the project's timetables; profit objectives; and customer deliverables are satisfactorily met. This may include coordinating project design processes and supporting material procurement and sustaining strong vendor relationships.
This role will work with the HRCLC-FLO Skyrise team and have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment. The scope of this role may fluctuate with changing business needs and there may be opportunities to support various projects and initiatives outside of typical project management responsibilities. Our ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and a strong team-player. Please note that we interface with entities outside of the US so some meetings will align with China, Japan or Berlin.

Job Duties:
- Leads all aspects of a large-scale and complex project, monitors activities, allocates resources, drives strategic planning, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met
- Identifies and participates in process improvements initiatives
- Partners with Local PM to oversee and manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of Skyrise major projects
- Collaborates across global departments to ensure project completion
- Contributes to the development of project plans, action trackers and delivery schedules
- Focus on identifying project problems and strategizing resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, presenting, communication and customer service skills
- Adjusts easily to changing circumstances and requires flexibility in understanding different work ethics
- Excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience making important decisions and influencing others to obtain results
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing data for communication to a broad audience
- Works well in a Team Environment
- 4-year bachelor's degree, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of New Equipment elevator sales, the installation process, and elevator components
- Previous Otis experience in engineering, sales, project management or supply management
- Experience using Microsoft Office, eLogistics, and JD Edwards
- Elevator industry experience, particularly with New Equipment Skyrise products and elevator construction
