This is a Full Time W2 position, no subcontracting or C2C.
Overview:
Provides the project management office oversight for all Transaction and Construction projects in the Americas Region under the organization's responsibility. Steers the quality and systems landscape within the department including Target Management, EFQM, Systems & Corporate Audits, and Communications.
Responsibilities:
Provides transparency of the Project Landscape activities for the PI-41 Real Estate Projects in order to properly steer, communicate for escalation, support requests as needed, and expedite issues as necessary.
Responsible for the overall project reporting both holistically and per individual project with statistics and analytics.
Ensures Quality Assurance of projects within areas of PI-41 processes including adherence, systems data fill, costs, targets, and project timelines.
Requests and obtains project updates from project managers and organizes processes, systems, and workflows utilizing the required PI systems.
Steers the small project request process for the department ensuring input requirements, scope definition and funding confirmation.
Systems Administration and knowledge support for PI-41 systems. (KLUSA, Web App, and SAP SRM)
Acts as the liaison with PI-40 Steering functions for Target Management, EFQM, Systems & Corporate Audits, and Communications.
Steers the TMP Process for PI-41 ensuring the quality and timeliness of reporting and countermeasures.
Steers and drives all open audit points (QUISS responsible for Real Estate Provision department): managing presentations, schedules, and open items.
Steers and supports EFQM assessments and continuous improvement in alignment with the PI-41 management team.
Performs quarterly reviews of safety register and environmental aspect registers and drives improvement into the business operations.
Supports the development and optimization of processes for the Real Estate Provision department.
Folder and File management for project documentation including mandatory documents.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Statistic; OR AA/AS Degree, preferably in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Statistics AND 2 professional project management experience in a manufacturing environment; OR 4 years of relevant professional project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
3+ years of project management experience (construction or commercial environment preferred).
3+ years professional experience in the areas of general services, operations and service control or related field.
3+ years demonstrated communication skills (written, verbal and presentation) as proven through business application.
3+ years organizational skills as proven through business application.
3+ years knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
