The Franchise Marketing Coordinator:
The Franchise Marketing Coordinator creates and maintains a strong online presence for Upgrade Labs. They work to implement online and in-person strategies through various marketing channels to increase brand awareness both nationally and internationally. The Franchise Marketing Coordinator will create and suggest creative ways to attract more consumers and help educate followers about the benefits of Upgrade Labs. Ultimately, they will help increase Upgrade Labs online presence through various media channels and consumer engagement with our brand.
You Will:
- Execute a results-driven marketing strategy
- Researches and advises on social media best practices
- Monitors and reports out on all social media analytics for all national platforms
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments
- Occasional travel to UL locations to capture localized photos and images
- Develop and curate engaging content for various marketing channels
- Maintain unified brand image and voice across all social media platforms
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a monthly marketing calendar for national and local content
- Assist in the development of marketing training for UL staff and franchise locations
- Assist marketing with team projects
- Pulling and analyzing reports on advertising, marketing, and web performance
You Have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online website set up
- Experience with graphic design and content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects with overlapping priorities and shifting timelines
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams, demonstrating a commitment to supporting colleagues and contributing actively to collective achievements
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, including proficiency in navigating diverse communication styles and effectively collaborating with various personalities
You Need:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing required; experience working in a franchise business model, ad, PR, or marketing agency preferred
- BA in Marketing or similar field
- Experience in email automations, landing page design, and full funnel marketing required
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and WordPress required
- Proficient knowledge of Franconnect, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, GMB, Yelp and other social platforms preferred
- Strong preference for candidates in CST and EST
Compensation:
Based on this position and the requirements above we are offering a salary of $60,000 for this position.

We offer 16 days of paid vacation, sick pay and holiday pay. In addition, as an employer we pay 100% of our employees premiums for Medical, Dental, Vision.
