Responsibilities: HK
- Clean and tidy all assigned guest rooms and common areas according to hotel standards
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
- Vacuum carpets and dust furniture
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness of trash receptacles
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry for extended periods of time
