Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all Front Desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage and supervise Front Desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Front Desk area
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Assist with revenue management by maximizing room occupancy and upselling hotel services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Front Desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
