ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivers room service and bar food to specified areas in the casino/bar/pool.
- Clears tables once guest is finished eating.
- Wipes table tops and chairs with damp sanitized cloth.
- Sweeps floor with pan and broom around the vacated table.
- Carries dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
- Breaks down dirty dishes in designated breakdown area.
- Uses the dishwasher to clean glasses and silverware.
- Assists in the delivery of food prepared in the kitchen to guests in the dining area.
- Replenishes supply of napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes in dining room.
- Makes coffee and fills fruit juice dispensers as needed.
- Returns condiments to the side station and restocks/fills all condiments.
- Receives food and places hot food in warmers and cold food and salads into reach-ins.
- Keeps warmers/refrigerators clean throughout the shift.
- Ensures proper labeling and rotation of foods.
- Ensure freshness of food items.
- Ensures work areas are clean and sanitized.
- Knows proper food temperatures as outlined in Southern Nevada Health District regulations.
- Understands and observes all health and safety regulations
- Other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including health, fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a high-volume restaurant preferred, but not required. This is a trainable position.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Clark County Health Card required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Beverage equipment, bus cart, dishwashing equipment.
