Tampa Bay Aviation is looking for a new addition to our FLIGHT SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE team.
Candidate will be scheduled to work approximately 25-35 hours/week after training is completed. Candidate MUST be available and will be scheduled to regularly work weekends and holidays. This could lead to a full time position.
Candidate must be a resilient, outgoing, and friendly professional who loves working with people and demonstrates superb CUSTOMER SERVICE in a fast-paced environment. Polished professionalism is a must to be successful in this position
Attention to detail and the strong ability to multi-task is essential to success in this position.

Duties will include consistently demonstrating a calm, pleasant, professional attitude and a strong attention to detail while answering phone calls, scheduling flights, billing customers, performing general administrative tasks and more. Flexibility is the key component to success
Strong existing working knowledge of PC's, Microsoft Office, email, etc. required.
Must be eager and able to learn new computer programs.
The selected candidate will work every weekend and some weekday shifts, be available to pick up other shifts (we are a 7-day operation), and willing to take on new roles as the company grows.
Training will take about 6 weeks, and the temporary training schedule will vary. This is a multi-faceted position with a steep learning curve, so the desire to make a long-term commitment is appreciated. Upon successful completion of training, a 90+ day review will result in a $2 pay increase
