Job Duties:
• Assist in Implementation, and upgrade of the M5 maintenance software system in conjunction with IT and business operations resources.
• Becomes the subject matter export for the M5 maintenance system and gives training and support before, during and after implementation. Includes training on tablets.
• Assist sites with closing repair orders and meter readings as necessary.
• Works with the Area Fleet Director to monitor the use of the M5 maintenance software by tracking participation along with Preventative Maintenance and meter update compliance.
• Assist sites with ETS and M5 for coding related issues.
• Works with the maintenance teams to track and promote warranty participation.
• Understands forecasting and month end close and helps train the maintenance teams on this.
• Reviews Area forecast prior to submittal and discusses variances with Area Fleet Director.
• Manages the Geotab system where applicable.
• Participates in acquisitions after close to coordinate the install and training of M5, Geotab, and Lytx as applicable.
• Maintains fleet accuracy in M5 by being responsible for asset transfers and retirements and In-Service dates. Monitors actual fleet against the M5 system to ensure fleet count is accurate.
• Supports the maintenance teams to ensure unit information in M5 is accurate. This includes VIN numbers, Body types, Fuel types, LOBs and parking locations.
• Coordinates and supports inventory count process including troubleshooting and count issues. Provides area variance summary as requested.
• Updates all licensing and registration information in M5 upon renewal.
• LOB Audits with local site staff, FM/GM/OM, and Controller.
• Local ADHOC reporting for the Area Fleet Director.
• Month end run of inventory usage and balance reports for Area for the controller group, used for centralized R&M close.
• Monitors appearance and organization of parts rooms and assists as needed to maintain.
• Pulls data from various sources (M5, scorecard, etc.) and consolidates to assist Fleet Director with reporting to senior management and for regular calls with the maintenance managers.
Requirement:
• 1-3 years working with process/functional owners and providing 2nd level operational support for large business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt; to understand business usage of the system and make suggestions for improvement.
• Strong knowledge of the M5 maintenance system.
• Self-starter and results driven. Able to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner, with minimum guidance or prompting. Proactive, dependable, and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to provide after-hours support. Experience supporting remote locations in multiple time zones is an asset.
• Post-Secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
• High aptitude in business analysis, integration, testing, data management, and end-to-end process facilitation
• Introductory knowledge of Fleet maintenance, Inventory management, and Work Orders
• A Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems (IIS, Active Directory, Citrix)
• A solid understanding networking fundamental
• Excellent Excel and data manipulation skills
• Experience in supporting application Hardware peripherals like Barcode Printers and Tablets

• Experience in TMT/TMW Suite/Assetworks"M5"/Geotab/SOTI/Fleetmind/Ivanti/Dossier/ software
• French/Spanish language skills
• Ability/Willingness to travel anywhere in North America at short notice.
