Overview:
Pyramid Global Hospitality is currently seeking a Property Support Manager to provide administrative and brand-specific support to the VP and RVP of Operations for the Group 10 Portfolio of 16 hotels located in the Metro Detroit (and Lansing) area.
Specific duties include preparing for and conducting brand-specific self-audits and action plans, accounts receivable and collections tracking, preparing and posting brand invoices, reviews vendor statements, tracks guest service metrics, prepares brand bulletin summaries and property communications, and other special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ideal applicant will have a strong hotel operations background to include basic accounting and familiarity with hotel brand standards.
