SalarySentry Credit is adding to its First Party Collector Team. This group provides Customer Service calls for the many credit unions for whom we provide Accounts Receivable Management services. These accounts are still current and you are representing the credit union, so whoever we hire must be trusted to protect our client's brand name and reputation.
The successful applicant will be making phone calls on behalf of the credit union. You will need to be able to effectively communicate information for a variety of clients and cheerfully remind customers of payment due dates. In some cases, you will assist in setting up those arrangements.
Work reliability, effective communication skills, and a cheerful demeanor are ingredients for long-term success in this position.

Pay: $17.50 per hour
