What does world-class shipping look like?
- Prepare and pack shipments while using meticulous attention to detail to meet (or EXCEED!) company standards, client expectations, and regulatory compliance (ATF, NFA);
- Verify accuracy of shipping label for every shipment BEFORE it leaves the warehouse; and
- Lead by example with standards of excellence for safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, professional conduct, and positive attitude.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Three (3) years’ minimum previous relevant work experience with shipping operations required.
- Previous lead, supervisor, or manager experience required.
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel) and shipping software or platforms (USPS, UPS, FedEx) required.
