- Will be expected to mentor and develop direct reports around TechnipFMC’s core values and the desired traits of a customer-focused Service organization.
- Will frequently collaborate with other business unit Managers/Supervisors to ensure process alignment and effective hand-offs within critical business processes.
- Must be committed to continuous improvement through empowerment and management by data.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of employees engaged in lifting, storing, loading, and unloading materials using cranes, forklifts, hoists, etc. while performing stocking and order fulfillment tasks, and applying knowledge of campus layout and material-handling equipment and procedures.
- Monitors and maintains a cultural commitment to TechnipFMC standards for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
- Manages performance, discipline, and other employee-related responsibilities.
- AA/BA/BS in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
- At least six years of related experience in warehouse operations
- At least three years’ supervisory experience beneficial but not required.
- Demonstrates strong leadership traits, specifically related to workforce development, establishing goals and objectives, establishing clear requirements and continuous improvement.
- Extensive SAP knowledge and technical background a plus.
- Demonstrates proficiency in developing process maps and operating procedures for use in training stakeholders, process owners, and process operators.
- Knowledge and experience with API (American Petroleum Institute) Q1 and Q2 and ISO (Industry Standards Organization) standards and other applicable industry standards.
- Ability to prepare and present complex reports to all levels of management and internal/external partners.
- The ability to define deadlines and manage priorities for self and others is critical.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is critical.
