Fine Dining Server

```Duties```
As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a Fine Dining setting. Your duties will include:
- Greeting guests and assisting them with seating
- Presenting menus and explaining menu items
- Taking accurate food and drink orders
- Serving meals and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Checking on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food

```Skills```
Must have minimum of 3 years of Fine Dining experience!

To excel in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide a high level of customer service
- Knowledge of the food industry and Fine Dining etiquette
- Wine knowledge and speciality drink knowledge

Ability to bus tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Proficiency in food service techniques and practices
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Culinary knowledge to describe dishes accurately and answer guest inquiries

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
