We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Private Club Server and Bartender. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in an exclusive Private Club setting. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to club members and their guests, ensuring their dining and beverage needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
- Take and accurately enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system, utilizing knowledge of menu items and offerings.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring timely delivery of orders and seamless guest experiences.
- Uphold the club's standards of excellence in hospitality, embodying professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Adhere to all applicable alcohol service regulations and guidelines, ensuring responsible service and compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, Private Club, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of beverage service techniques, including mixology, wine service, and bar operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service experiences.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate club events and member needs.
