SalaryJoe Muer Seafood has rich traditions of exceptional food and impeccable service, and we are proud to hire the very best in the industry. We are seeking individuals with Fine Dining Serving experience to join our team, here at the new Joe Muer Seafood in Nashville.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of Fine Dining experience. In addition, will have exceptional customer service, interpersonal communication skills, and open availability.
Upon completion of our 10 day training program applicants shall have:
· Full knowledge of menu/bar/wine.
· Exceptional customer service.
· The ability to suggestively sell and advise customers on cooking methods, ingredients, menu options.
· Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
· Provide guests with daily specials, happy hour specials, and upcoming promotions
· Collect payment from customers.
· Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption/purchase.
· Be a team player and a part of our family.

Additional Requirements
A minimum of two (2) years Fine Dining experience is required.

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
