Casual Fine Dining Server

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and professional Server to join our team. As a Upscale Dining Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a upscale small plate / roof bar setting. Your attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the overall dining experience for our guests.

Duties:

- Greet guests at their tables, assist in finding seating when needed

- Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal

- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Collaborate with bar/ expo staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures

- Follow proper etiquette and upscale dining protocols

Experience:

- Previous experience in a Fine Dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including cash handling, food service, and food handling procedures

- Proficiency in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus

- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs

This is a busy rooftop bar environment, serving upscale tapas.
