This individual must be able to communicate effectively and understands the need to work in an integrated manner with other members of the department in furtherance of goals, objectives, and knowledge.Job Essentials, Responsibilities, DutiesManager and lead a productive, high functional team of accounting professionalsMaintenance and adherence to business management related policies and proceduresReview and summarization of all Client agreementsPerformance of Client Risk Assessment and Financial PlanningOversight day-today financial management performed by AccountantFirst review of monthly/ quarterly, annual financial statements in accordance with GAAPWorks collaboratively to develop and/or improve systems, processes, controls and procedures that improve the overall efficiency of the firm and insure excellent client service.Delivery of weekly communication regarding cash reports, etc.First review of budgets, shareholder Payroll and 1099 reportingReview payroll services and associated journal entriesWillingness to take on new tasks; general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved. Comfortable working in a fast-paced organization and demonstrated ability to work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.
