Financial Management Analyst

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIRECTORATE of COMNAVSPECWARDEVGRU.Qualifications: GS-12:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical, technical, and administrative work for substantive financial programs and support activities; AND assisting program managers and staff officials in interpreting the impact of and planning for financial/budgetary and program changes.
GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector executing modifications to financial systems, programs, and/or operations; AND establishing criteria to assess, investigate, or analyze a variety of unusual financial problems and conditions.

GS-11:
Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
OR

OR
Combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience. The percentage of the required education plus the percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
