Provide financial and strategic support to the ENT Sales Organization to maximize revenue while driving operational efficiency.
A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
• Act as Business Partner to the VP of ENT Sales and Regional Sales Directors
• Provide financial guidance/support to the Sales Organization to help them execute revenue growth initiatives.
• Support sales organization forecast process, drive forecast accuracy
• Prepare monthly reviews of regional results and provide analysis
• Support the commercial sales quota setting process. Develop sales quotas to drive execution of strategic priorities
• Support commercial sales structure implementation plan to successfully execute strategic priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales Systems team to optimize systems tools and reporting.
• Partner with sales/marketing to prepare monthly/rolling forecasts and actively participate in the IBP process
• Support regional strategic plan 10Q rolling forecast
• Collaborate with Total Rewards on compensation strategies
• Engage in special projects as assigned.
• All activities must be performed in compliance with the local Quality System.
• Performs duties in compliance with environmental, health and safety related site rules, policies or governmental regulations.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting OR Advanced Degree with 3+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Nice to Have
• MBA
• Experience with PowerBI, BOXI, SAP, and Hyperion systems
• Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data for decision making
• Solid business acumen
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion.
• Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
