Responsibilities:
- Training: Weekly office sessions, Unlimited access to our premium training platform.
- Develop and nurture relationships with associates and clients to meet their insurance needs and explore new business opportunities.
- Offer insurance services, including assessing needs, suggesting coverage options, and assisting with policy applications.
Compensation:
Agents, whether part-time or full-time, enjoy access to a competitive compensation program, monthly bonuses, and the opportunity to earn equity in a multi-billion dollar firm. Direct Deposit payments are processed twice a week. Residual payouts and override commissions come directly from our carrier partners.

Industry Legal Requirements:

- U.S resident
- Able to pass state and federal background checks (No felonies)
- Able to obtain the 2-14 Florida Life & Annuities state insurance license (legal requirement for compensation & ability to provide financial advice).

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
