Consultant - Financial Analysis & Transformation

Stonehill is a strategy and innovation consultancy that helps businesses to identify opportunity, create change, and accelerate growth. We are currently searching for a consultant to join our team. As a Consultant- Financial Analysis & Transformation, you will help our clients reimagine their operations through by turning financial data into business insight. You will actively work to analyze financials, dissect operational data, build variable-driven models, and participate in strategy engagements

Responsibilities include:

• Execute general accounting processes for select clients including AR, AP, etc.
• Perform Financial Analysis, capacity modeling, and benefit analyses.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, and metrics that measure the outcomes of change.
• Create models showing effects and outcomes of strategic projects
• Create executive presentations
• Participate as team member on strategy engagements.

Required Skills:

• Application of process improvement techniques, experience creating process documentation, and demonstrated success facilitating design / strategy workshops
• Strong skills in data analysis including use of Excel, Power BI, etc
• Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal, written, phone, video, etc.).

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business, or related field
• 4-7 years of experience creating financial models and performing advanced data analysis
• 4-7 years of experience working in a consulting environment.
• Power BI/Tableau experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
