As our Financial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of helping Lundberg Family Farms' drive profitable growth and be a go-to source of strong analytics and insightful reporting.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Perform Analysis vs. Budget/Forecast
- Support Communication of Financial Results
- Support Working Capital Management
- Provide Agriculture & Farm Teams Financial Support
- Performs other assignments from time to time as requested by the Manager, FP&A to achieve department and company business goals and to grow knowledge of the Lundberg business and broaden skillset
This is an onsite position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of FP&A, financial analysis (banking, consulting or investments) or accounting experience.
- Experience in an ERP environment (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV / 360 / Business Central etc.).
- Ability to interpret and understand the components of an Income Statement.
- Advanced-level Microsoft Excel experience, including the ability to work with complex tables and look-ups.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and willingness to "go deep" on subject matter and financial data and data files.
- Continuous improvement and automation mindset.
Preferred
- Consumer, Retail or Food/FMCG Finance / Accounting Experience.
- Agriculture or Farming Finance Experience.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience building financial models and developing forecasts.
