The Financial Analyst will play an integral part in understanding and maximizing financial and operational efficiencies. The position will analyze data and develop reports to help the company understand trends, impacts, and opportunities.

Self-Starting: you have an understanding of current project needs and when it's time to execute on crucial tasks.
Responsibilities
Here's more of what you'll get to do:
Prepare and review key financial reporting schedules for management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Assist with the period-end close process and reporting.
Prepare complex financial trend and data analysis such as sales trends, financial and expense performance, and other business improvement opportunities.
Assist with product costing including ingredients, packaging, labor, and overhead analysis.
Assist with annual planning process and quarterly forecasts including variance and trend analysis.
Facilitate ongoing improvements to reporting processes and infrastructure.
Ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and other department support as needed.
Qualifications
What we require:
Minimum 2 years of related experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
Knowledge of finance and accounting principles with the ability to read and interpret financial data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office specifically Excel for spreadsheet modeling.
Strong functional knowledge of an enterprise resource planning system (Oracle, Infor, Ross, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related area.
What we prefer:
Manufacturing industry experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Compensation Range
$75000 - $85000 /year
