SalarySUMMARY:
The Financial Analyst will support Macaroni Grill and Sullivan?s Steakhouse by providing analysis to assist the leadership team in the evaluation and decision making across business units. He or she will be responsible for supporting operations by building tracking reports and completing ad hoc analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively works with the Finance/Accounting teams to guide the strategy, roadmap, projects and prioritize them effectively to allocate resources and focus the function effectively.
- Provide marketing analysis as needed for sales and profitability performance, pricing reviews, promotions performance, and pre/post-test analysis
- Partner with the operations team on tracking P&L performance, labor and COGS initiatives, and other operating expenses against prior year and budget and accuracy in CrunchTime.
- Complete data mining for savings opportunities and increased customer experience across multiple data warehouses.
- Gather and analyze weekly and monthly P&L data.
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and periodic financial reports to provide insight into the business.
- Develop management reporting with Great Plains Management Reporter or SQL reports in Great Plains.
- Assist with the annual planning process and forecast updates as needed
- Prepare Power-point presentations for the leadership team as needed.
- Analysis with recommendations to Senior Leadership and Executive Team
