Join our Finance Team!
As the ERP Financial Analyst you will take ownership of monthly and yearly closing activities within the Epicor ERP system, while also educating and coordinating with other departments to foster a sense of fiscal accountability and develop annual budgets. Will be responsible for running periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed, while maintaining open communication with executive leadership and corporate partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING, OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting, perform period end close, maintain general ledger and subledgers
• Provide management reports including profitability, cost analysis, variance analysis, equipment utilization and other ad hoc reports as requested
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of the annual budget, ongoing financial forecasts and reporting of variances
• Work closely with departments to help foster financial understanding, discipline and accountability
• Support the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance
• Prepare and support year end audit activities as well as ongoing requests
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Percentage of completion revenue recognition experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
• 5-7 years manufacturing accounting experience
• Hands on experience with a modern ERP system- Epicor or similar preferred
