A successful Financial Analyst candidate provides comprehensive analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame senior management decision-making.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Analyzes operational and financial performance.
- Creates financial models to project future performance.
- Develops financial plans and reports for senior leadership.
- Analyzes industry trends and makes recommendations to improve performance.
- Evaluates capital expenditures and associated ROI.
- Develops automated reporting and forecasting tools to streamline processes.
- Partners with clinic operations to develop and implement service line programs.
- Analyzes operational performance, identifies gaps, and makes recommendations to improve results.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience developing financial reports and creating models to highlight opportunities and improve performance.
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database reporting skills.
- Database design, creation, and development of performance dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment, and deliver results.
- Superior attention to detail and ability to redesign existing processes and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work as a major contributor across various functions and organizational structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required (MBA a plus).
- 4 years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or Financial Analyst.
