Form of workOur client is looking for a passionate dermatology PA to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for a new or established dermatology PA to join their dermatology practice. This is a full time opportunity!
Requirements:
- Assessments of new patients
- Patient education on procedures and treatment
- Assisting in wound closure
- Patient follow up and home care instructions
- Treating various skin diseases, rashes and abnormalities
- Skin cancer and abnormal mole screenings
- Performing physical examination and discuss medical histories
- Order and interpret lab tests, review pathology reports
- Diagnose and treat illnesses
- Prescribe and dispense medication
- Diagnosis medical dermatological skin type conditions
- Cosmetic consultations
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of NY
- Minimum 3 year of dermatology experience, or prior training
