Job Title:Inpatient Facility Coder – Hospital Coding
Immediate need, no contract, no temporary, full time regular position working for an award winning and one of the longest running coding companies around!
Position Type:Full Time, Regular
Shift:M-F 8AM to 5PM
Pay:$28.00 to $38.00 Per hour dependent upon experience, skills and job related knowledge
Job Summary:Inpatient Facility Coding with at least 1 year of experience in a Level I, II or III Facility.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- One of these credentials from AHIMA: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P; or from AAPC: CPC, COC, or CIC
- At least 1 year coding experience in facility Inpatient coding
- Top coding facility Inpatient acute care skills
- Ability to work from home using high speed internet
- Experience with EMR, multiple encoders and abstracting systems
Key Skills:
- Provides remote medical records coding and abstracting services to our clients nationwide; and
- Work remotely from a home office.
Minimum Qualifications:
- One of these credentials from AHIMA: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P; or from AAPC: CPC, COC, or CIC
- At least 1 year coding experience in facility Inpatient coding
Pay Disclosure:
"The pay range for this position starts at $28.00 to $38.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
