We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Financial Analyst to join our team in the Finance industry. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional with a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
The role involves being accountable for financial modeling for reporting of industry and regional competitive intelligence, strategic planning, cash management, and treasury-related projects. Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Deliver data-driven insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Manage and analyze financial data, utilizing Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting key trends and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Account for financial modeling for reporting of industry and regional competitive intelligence.
• Participate in strategic planning, cash management, and treasury-related projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform financial models and strategies.
• Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, SQL, and PowerBi is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, data analysis, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Virtual Roster, Kronos, Tableau, Teradata, IGT Table Touch, Bravo Poker, SQL, and PowerBi is a plus.
• Proven track record of accountability, with the ability to take ownership of projects and deliver results.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy in all work.
