All about the role:
In this role you willbe reporting to the Finance Director, Consumer Direct Interactions forElectrolux Major Appliances NA and will be based in Charlotte, NC. The FinanceManager, Direct to Consumer is responsible for driving profitable growth ofFinished Goods, Aftermarket Sales and Services by developing the necessarytools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controllingaspects of the business.You will collaborateclosely with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product Line teams as wellas the leaders within the Direct to Consumer team to establish best-in-classreporting and analytics for the expanding sales channel.
What you'll do:
In this role you willact as a true business partner to the Direct to Consumer organization focusedacross all product lines and services. You will provide Financial andCommercial support and visibility to the Business leaders while acting as achange manager within the Controlling and wider organization towards theConsumer Experience focus and Digital route to market strategy. As true business partner to Direct toConsumer organization, you will participate in total finance function fromdaily analysis and setting short-term goals to building long-term strategiesand challenging the way we do business in the Direct to Consumer channel.
Other responsibilitiesmay include:

• Coordinate the implementation of standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such as product line and sales channel, including key performance indicators necessary to drive profitable growth
• Management of monthly sales driving and marketing accruals and account reconciliations to ensure proper revenue and administrative expense recognition
• Evaluate & summarize full P&L for actuals and forecast, providing executive level commentary for major drivers of performance with proposed actions for deviations to plan
• Develop management reporting on volume, price, mix including reporting on sales promotions and Price Waterfall to create visibility on performance and drive top line excellence
• Provide guidance on paid media spend, at granular level, to ensure channel profitability, working with the Paid Media team on various scenario planning models as well as reporting on actuals.
• Owner of the financial planning processes for Direct to Consumer business including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan.Provide weekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective action as needed
• Propose actions that help Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business investments. Evaluate and present business cases to Executive Leadership
• Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by senior management

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or supply chain finance, financial modeling and forecasting
