Target Pay Rate: $24/hr
What's a typical day as an Accounting Clerk? You'll be:
- Supporting accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and maintaining data within the financial/accounting system.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of operations, business processes, and various systems (TRAS, CORPTAX, Certified Mail Log Database, etc.) to support the completion of TRAC related filings, mailings and payment issues.
- Per TSAT guidelines, review return and payment support for accuracy and completeness prior to processing and mailing.
- Process the mailing of tax filings to the respective taxing jurisdictions.
- Process all payment related issues and match these payments to the applicable event or catalog item before completion.
- Research and process vendor issues, monthly cash receipts and refunds received by TSAT
- Provide back-up assistance for all TSAT members (Income, Property, and Indirect Tax) as needed.
