Oversee guest services to create an excellent guest experience
Mentor, develop, and coach team
P&L oversight
Cultivate and maintain a positive culture of success
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to develop the team
Presents a strong financial acumen
Previous experience in casual, full-service restaurants
Scratch Kitchen experience
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
