The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities. A reliable professional with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial and business principles.
This is an on-site position in Kutztown, PA. Remote work is not an option for this position.
- Manage day-to-day company accounts
- Assist with financial planning
- Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
- Ensure government compliance in all tasks
- AP & AR
- Postage accounts
- Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5+ years experience in the area
- Proficiency with current financial software
- Understanding of QuickBooks both software and online versions
- In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- SFAS Rules
