Job Highlights

  • Prepare US and Canada daily cash reconciliations. Troubleshoot bank account and treasury related issues. Contact with bank for investigations and various inquiries.
  • Process manual payment requests. Prepare payment logs and reports for processed payments. Liaise with banks on investigation and resolution of payment issues. Prepare/manage payment templates in banking system.
  • Deposit manual checks and provide accounting group supporting documentation to ensure all deposits are properly recorded.
  • Compile and distribute treasury related reports on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis.
  • Provide analytical and administrative support on special / ad hoc projects. Provide backup as needed for other Treasury / Finance related matters.
  • Maintain and update bank account related records for the North America bank accounts. Provide support to Cash Manager in the preparation of documentation for bank account opening, closing and amendments. Contact banks for follow up to ensure records are updated timely.
  • Work on various projects, either independently or as a team member to support process enhancements.
  • Primary system administrator for online bank access.
  • Ensure Treasury activities in areas of responsibility are in compliance with Treasury policies/procedures. Support Treasury colleagues with audit requests.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Finance or Business or a related field is required. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous Treasury experience is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
  • Strong math aptitude and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on teamwork, initiative and integrity.
  • This is a HYBRID role with the expectation to be on site in the Pittsburgh office 3 days per week each week.

  • Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. The established pay range for this position is $54,000 to $65,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
