Job Description
As part of the training team, this position is responsible for the implementation of key training and talent development initiatives throughout the CHHJ/M system. Primary responsibilities include playing a key role in Franchise Management School and the Launch Support Visit Program. Other assignments will include participation in the Certified Training Location Program, Regional and/or System-Wide Training Events, and all other programs and initiatives owned by the training team. The Field Trainer will periodically provide individual and group coaching of Franchise Partners and their teams and, when applicable, will interact with our corporate locations in the capacities outlined below. This role will be accountable for the quality of all deliverables being of the highest standards and thus promoting the execution of the College H.U.N.K.S. Way of delivering exceptional service for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitation: Lead training programs both virtually and in-person, with class sized between 5 and 30+ participants. Ability to deliver content in a lively and engaging manner that keeps the attention of attendees.
Auditing/Documentation: Complete check lists during field interactions and provide thoughtful and actionable next steps for location leadership, organizing and sending recap communications from the check lists within 48 hours of the visit/training.
Communication: Communicate well, with tact and professionalism, in all forms of communication to include text, email, phone call, virtual call, and in person. This will include peers, leadership, Franchise Partners, HUNKS who work at CHHJ/M locations, and Brand Central employees.
Evaluation: Effectively evaluate the operations of a location using FranConnect audits to include their practices and effectiveness in the following areas people, operations, revenue growth, marketing practices, and profitability all against the College H.U.N.K.S. Way.
Budget Management: Operate within the budget provided for the role specifics to be broken down in a provided copy of our Expense Company Card Policy.
Coaching: Provide insightful coaching to Franchise Partners/Managing Partners and their teams as requested by leadership.
Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
The role involves the ongoing leveraging of technology to facilitate efficient and simplified training processes for the field. The candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and must be an expert in facilitating engaging training in the virtual environment, while using Zoom and similar platforms. Along with a desired familiarity with Prezi and FranConnect.
