Field Installation/Service Technician/Engineer I or II - based in TBD

Travel: up to 90-95%
Position Based: Warminster PA (open to relocation)
Schedule: Monday thru Friday, Hourly Position
Salary: Starts at $60,000 per year, dependent on location and experience

The objective for this role is to oversee delivery, installation, validation, repair and service of IVF Laboratory equipment and assembly of customer orders.

Backgrounds suited for this work: BioMed, HVAC, Electrician, Automotive

Must be able to function on own. Highly adaptable, willing to learn, and willing to travel. When not on road, will be in office in Warminster PA.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Installation, validation of IVF Laboratory equipment
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform tasks associated with equipment
• Perform predictive, preventative, and reactive maintenance activities
• Conduct quality inspections on products, parts, and machinery
• Travel for trade shows and product training functions
• Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as customer service reports, expense reports, and participate in scheduling meetings
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow up.
• Other duties, as assigned
• Travel is required through U.S. and occasional international. Must have passport (or able to obtain).
• Willing to train with relevant experience
• Must have reliable transportation and clear driving record

Experience:

• Mechanical & Electrical knowledge, required
• Diagnostic skills and problem solving, required
• Experience servicing equipment and/or troubleshooting, preferred
• Ability to work with hands and tools, required
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., required
• Proven record of being reliable and accountable, required
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, with reliable transportation - required
• BioMed, HVAC, Electrical, or Automotive experience, required
• Passport, required (or able to obtain)
• Ability to work independently
• Strong time management skills
