If you are looking for a small-company team atmosphere, with large-company opportunities for growth, Consor is seeking an Administrative Assistant / Report Technician who multitasks well for our office in Bridgeville, PA. Candidate will be responsible for utilizing databases and Microsoft Office programs for developing technical reports and other administrative tasks, supporting our engineering team for a variety of challenging contracts. Prior experience in a technical or engineering environment would be a plus, but is not required.
- Comfortable operating office equipment such as computers, copiers, etc.
- Development of Excel spreadsheets, Word documents
- Transcribing notes and manipulating data per manuals into online databases
- Proofreading for quality assurance
- 1-8 years of experience in an office environment
- Excellent command of MS Office Word and Excel
- Outstanding organization, attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Great communication and follow through, while taking pride in work
- Ability to work independently, and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight
- High school diploma required; associates degree is a plus
