Rate Range: $20-$22/hr. on w2 (non- benefited)
Job Description:
- Field dispatch service for break fix calls including pc's, laptops, printers, pos, and many other assorted products
- Lexmark printer experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation
- Tech must be willing to work on call every 3 weeks and who will travel from site to site within a reasonable distance.
- Printer hardware repair and good troubleshooting skills
- The ability to show up for work every day and on time, above average customer service skills, and be able to communicate verbally, written, and electronically
- 1 to 2 years Field Service experience is needed, more is preferred.
- CompTIA A+ is plus, as this is a Tech II position.
- Potentially up to 100+ miles/day travel required, but most days should be less.
