The Role
Lumen is currently looking for talented individuals looking to get their foot in the door in the field of sales as well as people who come to us with experience looking to continue their career growth at a wonderful company. Our entry level sales team meet with customers daily and discuss their internet needs and explain how Lumen will meet their needs and provide them with the best option as everyone’s internet needs are constantly growing. This position is not only for those that want to grow with our company, anyone looking to get a start in an exciting sales career and those individuals who are looking to continue their previous success in a sales role. The Main Responsibilities
Responsible for sharing Lumen solutions with members of the community in a door-to-door sales approach and working FUN events! We focus on the development of the individual so that anyone who wants to achieve success can!
What We Look For in a Candidate
Candidates must reside in the Colorado Springs area. Candidates must be willing to learn the basics of the fiber optic internet and speak about the many solutions and offerings Lumen provides to the marketplace. Over time you will become a technology expert and will receive ongoing training, feedback, and advice from industry leaders throughout your career. Compensation
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$40200 - $53590 in these states: CO.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
